Sales Support Representative

Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives to support customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up.

Monday – Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented mindset with the ability to build relationships.
• General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
• Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.

Pay Range: $18.71 – $29.92 per hour. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
