The Sales Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to all the dealership management team such as generating reports, managing inventory and facilitating processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Processing all dealer trade paperwork.
- CVP reports.
- Inventory report and management.
- Prime Edge Lease report management.
- Stocking in all new vehicles.
- Facilitate all vehicle transports.
- Process all auction purchases.
- Sales board updates.
- Assist with interviews and new employee set up.
- Assisting in all areas of the dealership when needed.
- Requires being at work on time and maintains satisfactory attendance.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
- Individual must have good interpersonal skills, good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, ability to work well with others, professional appearance, good math and clerical skills, working knowledge of office machines, positive attitude, excellent organization skills.
- Individual should perform duties with little or no supervision, read and comprehend instructions and information, be able to work weekends and overtime.
- Individual should be honest, ethical, dependable and a team player.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; one or more years of related experience and or training.
- Valid Driver's License
