Junior Sales Representative

Globe Life seeks a Junior Sales Representative to help individuals and families secure life and supplemental health insurance coverage. Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify individual and family leads for life and supplemental health insurance products
• Conduct needs-based consultations and present suitable Globe Life insurance solutions
• Follow up with prospects to address questions and move them through the sales process
• Manage and grow a personal book of business with ongoing client relationship support
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and activity targets
• Use CRM tools to track leads, pipeline activity, and sales performance metrics
• Complete Globe Life onboarding, product, and compliance training
• Ensure all sales activities follow ethical standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to refine sales strategies
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development programs
