Junior Sales Rep

Globe Life seeks a Junior Sales Rep to drive growth in our life and supplemental health insurance business. Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify individuals and families for life and supplemental health insurance products
• Conduct needs-based consultations and present tailored insurance solutions
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and activity metrics
• Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools and follow-up processes
• Provide ongoing client service, policy reviews, and beneficiary updates
• Collaborate with senior reps and managers to refine sales strategies
• Complete required licensing, compliance, and product training
• Follow ethical sales practices and adhere to all regulatory guidelines
• Participate in coaching, role-plays, and performance reviews
• Represent Globe Life at community and outreach events as needed
