Surveillance Dual Rate Agent​/Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform specific surveillance duties in accordance with established procedures to protect the integrity of the company’s operations, as well as the security and well‑being of customers, employees, and company assets.
• Report all illegal and/or unusual activities to the Supervisor.
• Operate all surveillance equipment, including the network system, monitors, computers, and cameras as assigned. Use spreadsheets, databases, and word‑processing programs.
• Observe and record all daily casino and land‑based activity using closed‑circuit television monitors to identify illegal or unusual activities occurring on property.
• Work in partnership with the Security Department to ensure protection of customers, employees, and company funds and assets.
• Prepare and complete all daily activity reports and incident reports as required and directed by Surveillance Management.
• Perform all duties and follow all instructions assigned by Surveillance Management.
• Safeguard all confidential information and maintain department confidentiality.
• Be able to sit in a quiet environment for extended periods of time.
• Possess visual acuity for distance, color, and depth perception and be able to adjust focus.
• Be knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, grasping, reaching, stooping, bending, twisting, and climbing stairs.
• Be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke and loud noises.
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• Be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
• Implement all approved procedures.
• Provide guidance and procedural training to operators when required.
• Periodically fill the role of a Lead when required.
• Supervise activities related to surveillance of all gaming operations.
• Review and supervise daily activities and reports, prepare shift reports for the Director of Surveillance.
• Provide supervision for designated shifts.

The Casino industry is a 24‑hour, 365‑day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures, with occasional exposure to outdoor climates.
