We are hiring experienced Motor Grader Operator for long‑term infrastructure and civil construction projects across multiple locations in the U.S. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for individuals looking to transition to a permanent role after the initial project.
Motor Grader OperatorJob Description
- Operate a Motor Grader using Total station GPS System. Precise shaping and leveling of the earth to final grade.
- Scarifying - Break up and loosen dirt, mix materials, dress slopes shoulders and embankments.
- Skilled in operating on rocky terrain or on standard earth terrain.
- Make/Model of Equipment:
- CAT Motor Grader
- CAT 140M-160M
- Pay: $24–$34/hr (based on equipment type & experience)
- Shifts:
1st & 3rd shift available (must be open to either) - Overtime: 20–35 hours/week
- Per Diem: $830/week (for qualified travelers)
- 3+ years of experience operating the specific equipment you’re applying for
- Experience using GPS‑enabled equipment
- Valid, non‑suspended, or expired Driver’s License (MVR required)
- Willing to submit to a drug test
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evansville, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
