Maintains general repair/installation work on all types of Hospital equipment, systems or facilities.;
Processes work orders and preventive maintenance orders through the system in an effective and timely manner.;
Prioritize and perform any task or duty as requested and assigned to accommodate hospital and departmental needs.;
Evaluates malfunctioning systems, utilities and equipment and recommends repair or replacement as necessary.;
Maintains documentation of all necessary records and daily operation records.
