This is a hands‑on role, so expect to be on your feet, moving, bending, climbing, and lifting heavy objects. You’ll need the stamina to keep up with the demands of the job.

If you have a high school diploma (or equivalent), 2‑3 years of maintenance experience, and hold a valid driver’s license, you're already ahead of the game. If you also have an EPA Type 2 or Universal certification, even better!

Pay is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, education, and the overall compensation package.

Position Pay Range

$18 - $21 USD
