Hire Level is looking for a General Maintenance Tech in Evansville, IN.
This Eastside apartment complex is looking for a General Maintenance Tech for their complex. This is a temp-to-hire position. Once the employee is hired, they can get a 20% off of monthly rent.

- Health Coverage
- Painting curbs, doors, shutters and speed bumps.
- Filling holes, power washing and other outside work.
- Repairing holes and painting common hallways.
- Able to work in weather elements
- Must have knowledge of residential repairs
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Must pass a pre employment background and drug screen
