Paid time off & Paid holidays off!401k Responsibilities Install waterproofing systems, including drainage systems, sump pumps, vapor barriers, and encapsulation materials.
Perform crawlspace encapsulation, including sealing, insulation installation, and moisture control setup.
Assess basements and crawlspaces for water intrusion issues, structural concerns, and mold conditions.
Safely remediate mold and apply appropriate treatments following company guidelines.
Assist with structural repairs such as joist support, beam installation, and foundation stabilization.
Prepare job sites by setting up materials, tools, and safety equipment.
Ensure cleanliness and proper disposal of debris at the completion of each project.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company with professionalism.
Requirements Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physically demanding work in confined or low-clearance spaces.
Willingness to work in basements and crawlspaces, often in varying temperatures or moisture conditions.
Comfortable using power tools, hand tools, and basic construction equipment.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
Prior construction, carpentry, excavation or waterproofing experience is a plus but not required—training provided.
