Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring for a Water Blaster for our client located in Princeton, IN
Pay rate: $22/hr weekly pay
1st Shift: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, 40 plus hours a week. Some weekends required.
What is a water blaster job:
A water blaster is a person who operates high‑pressure water jetting equipment to clean, remove debris, or strip surfaces in industrial, commercial, or municipal environments. Their tasks often involve cleaning tanks, pipes, machinery, and other surfaces that require powerful water streams to remove contaminants, scale, or old coatings. Water blasters must follow strict safety protocols, wear protective gear, and sometimes work in confined spaces.
This job requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following all policies and processes and acting safely at all times.
- Basic knowledge and ability to operate high‑pressure water blaster and vacuum equipment.
- Ensure proper use of the equipment and immediately notify the supervisor of any mechanical failure or equipment problems.
- Wear and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes, but is not limited to, respirators, skin, face, hand, and foot protection in a multiple number of combinations.
- May periodically use computers for training purposes.
- Ensures that tasks are performed safely with the highest level of quality.
- Effectively communicate with supervisors on areas such as safety, quality, and integrity.
- Hydroblast technicians are to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Exposed to weather, including extreme temperatures.
- Work in atmospheres with potential for exposure to various chemicals that may be hazardous, toxic, or corrosive.
- Required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders to heights of up to 250 feet.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays.
6+ months of hydroblasting or related experience preferred.
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and pre‑employment verifications.
- Must have steel‑toe shoes/boots
- Must have good attendance
