Servicing Evansville, Mt Vernon, Jasper, and Lynnville, IN surrounding areas; some travel may be required.

• Carrying out all maintenance duties allocated by the Foreman with a safety‑first mindset.
• Understanding and carrying out verbal and written instructions.
• Assisting arborists with tree removals, pruning, and debris disposals.
• Learning techniques and the proper use of tools from senior or more experienced crew members.
• Safely using tools and equipment like chippers and chainsaws to carry out maintenance tasks.
• Ensuring all sites are kept clean and free of hazards.
• Inspecting equipment and tools and performing repairs and maintenance when required.
• Using the appropriate gear and observing safety protocols.
• Reporting any issues or safety hazards to the Foreman or other relevant parties.
• Performing general groundskeeping duties as needed.
• Adhering strictly to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

• Valid driver’s license.
• CDL is a plus (pay incentive).
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, and work outdoors in all weather.
• Experience with chainsaws or chippers preferred; training available for eager learners.
• Ability to transport heavy items.
• Excellent balance and depth perception.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A strong commitment to safety and a desire to learn from experienced crew.
