Our client in Evansville, Indiana is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join the Facilities Support Department. You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, troubleshoot and repair building systems, and coordinate with external contractors to keep the property safe and functional.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.
