Building Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading organization in property management and building services, is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting the maintenance and safety of the property. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:

Building Maintenance Technician

Pay Range: $24 to $26/hr

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and perform repairs efficiently
• Inspect building and premises for safety hazards and address them promptly
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
