Class A ​/ Journeyman Lineman

Electri Com is seeking a Class A / Journeyman Lineman to build, maintain, and repair overhead and underground electrical distribution systems for utilities and cooperatives. In this field-based role, you will climb poles, operate bucket trucks and related equipment, set and frame poles, string and sag wire, install transformers and hardware, and respond to maintenance and outage work in varied weather conditions.

You'll work with in a safety-first, team-focused culture that values craftsmanship, integrity, and reliability while supporting critical power and broadband infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain, and repair overhead and underground electrical distribution lines and equipment
• Climb poles and operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and related line equipment safely
• Set, frame, and guy poles; string, sag, and tie in conductors and associated hardware
• Install and maintain transformers, switches, and other line devices per utility standards
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and outage restoration in all weather conditions
• Interpret construction drawings, staking sheets, and work orders accurately
• Follow all OSHA, DOT, and company safety procedures, including use of PPE and job briefings
• Work effectively on a crew, assisting in training less experienced team members
• Operate and maintain tools, trucks, and equipment in safe working condition
• Complete required documentation, inspections, and reports for daily work activities
