Hillcrest Youth Services in Evansville, IN is seeking a Part-Time Youth Care Worker for second shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm) to supervise youth in the residential program and serve as a positive role model.
The role requires strong interpersonal and writing skills, reliability, and the ability to manage stressful situations while ensuring safety, accurate record-keeping, transportation, and adherence to program policies. Training will be provided.
