The Float Social Services Director plays a key role in delivering medically related social services to help residents attain or maintain the highest possible level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. This position provides social services support across multiple communities, assisting teams during vacancies, leaves of absence, transitions, and periods of increased need while ensuring continuity of care and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a Human Services-related field required.
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to excellence in senior care.
• Previous social services experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or healthcare settings preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel between assigned communities as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
