Hillcrest Youth Services is seeking a Part-Time Youth Worker for the Third Shift (Tue–Thu, 11:00 pm–7:00 am) to supervise residents in our residential program. A 2-week training period is required after hire, with time to build skills and establish routines.
Ideal candidates are at least 21, have a HS diploma or GED (Bachelor's in Social Work or related field preferred), and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and patience with youth. Driver's license and background checks required.
