Hillcrest Youth Services is seeking a Full-Time Youth Worker for the 2nd shift in Evansville, IN. Schedule is Friday through Tuesday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with an $18.00 hourly rate plus a $0.50 shift differential. New staff complete a two-week training program starting during daytime first shift hours.
You will supervise residents, maintain safety, and ensure accurate records while modeling positive behavior and providing appropriate support and guidance.
