Hillcrest Youth Services is seeking a Full-Time Youth Worker (1st Shift) in Evansville, IN. The role involves supervising residents in our residential program, with a 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM schedule Tuesday through Saturday and weekend shifts required.
New hires complete a 2-week training program; the first week primarily 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The ideal candidate is able to be a positive role model, maintain safety, and manage resident records and medications while collaborating with youth of all ages.
