• Experience with equipment installation and technical troubleshooting
• Proficiency in operating vehicles and loading/unloading heavy items safely
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols and physical ability to perform manual labor
• Ability to work on-site effectively and as part of a team
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
• Previous experience in appliance installation or related fields is a plus

• You will deliver unbox and install major home appliances
• You will operate a 26 foot non CDL box truck safely and professionally
• You will work as part of a two person installation team
• You will protect customer homes floors and property
• You will communicate clearly with homeowners and dispatch
• You will represent AFM Logistics with professionalism and pride

• You must have or be willing to obtain a DOT medical card
• You must have a valid license approved to operate a 26 foot non CDL box truck
• You must be physically capable of lifting moving and installing large appliances
• You must have a smartphone for route and dispatch communication
• You must be reliable professional and customer focused
