CDL Equipment Driver - Emergency Response

Overview

Hepaco, A Clean Harbors Company in Newburgh, IN is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light duty trucks and work equipment at customer sites. Vehicles may include vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, and roll-offs. This role involves driving and non-driving duties on and off customer sites in support of hazardous waste cleanup.

• Operate a range of trucks and equipment (e.g., vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers, roll-offs) in compliance with safety, DOT, and company policies.
• Perform driving duties at customer sites and during transport to and from sites; execute non-driving tasks related to hazardous waste cleanup as required.
• Follow site-specific requirements, job safety plans, and environmental regulations while performing duties.
• Maintain clean and orderly equipment and reporting of any mechanical or safety issues to supervision.

• Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• Experience operating heavy and light duty trucks and working around hazardous waste clean-up is preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance with DOT hours-of-service, and ability to follow site procedures.
• Willingness to work at customer sites and travel as needed.
