10-4 Logistics USA is actively hiring full-time W-2 company drivers to transport dry van freight across its over-the-road (OTR) network. Dispatching from the Evansville, Indiana, terminal hub, this position is designed for solo drivers seeking premium equipment, reliable miles, and consistent weekend home time. Required Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).One year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience within the last two years.

Demonstrated professionalism and a strong commitment to highway safety standards.

Fleet Responsibilities Safely transport dry van freight across national shipping lanes in all 48 contiguous states.

Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook customer freight with no load touch.

Perform routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections.

Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with applicable safety regulations.

Structured Compensation and Rewards Experienced Driver Pay:
Top-tier earning potential averaging $1,750 to $2,000 per week, with highly competitive pay of $0.71 per mile.

Refresher Pay Phase: A guaranteed weekly flat training rate of $1,200 for qualified drivers transitioning back to active OTR operations.
