Receiving Associate

Ensuring the accurate receipt and stocking of warehouse inventory.

Working within a team to achieve detailed and accurate results.

You prefer less physical or detail-oriented work.

• Review shipping manifests and cross-check received inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Resolve discrepancies and maintain necessary documentation according to standard procedures.
• Accurately enter receipt information into the ERP system.
• Sort and stock inventory according to directions from the WMS System.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the warehouse inventory system.
• Load and unload trucks, move materials, and stage products as needed.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely within the warehouse environment.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe warehouse space accessible to team members and customers.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of prior warehouse experience.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred; forklift experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service.
• Dependable attendance with the ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
• Motivation to train and learn new skills.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift, lift up to 50 lbs routinely, and occasionally more with assistance.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
