This is a full-time, non-exempt position with primarily 1 st shift hours. Longer hours, evenings and weekend work may be necessary at times.

This position is responsible for maintain accurate inventory through structured cycle counting, movement verification and discrepancy resolution. The role operates a forklift to access inventory locations and ensures system inventory matches physical inventory while identifying root causes of errors

• Execute assigned daily cycle counts across designated warehouses
• Operate forklift equipment to access rack, floor and bulk storage locations
• Scan and verify inventory movements to ensure system accuracy
• Document variances and elevate issues as required
• Ensure compliance with FIFO, lot control and traceability requirements
• Support customer physical inventories and audits
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred
• Inventory control or cycle counting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand, walk, and operate warehouse equipment. This position requires forklift operation, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in standard warehouse conditions including temperature variation.
