Automotive Customer Service Advisor

Pep Boys -  - Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers in person and via phone;
Engage customers, schedule appointments, build trust, understand needs, communicate processes and timelines, and upsell parts and services;
Manage service business productivity through work orders and register transactions;
Assist in customer care, work orders, register assistance, facility maintenance, and Outside Purchase ordering;
Enforce cash, credit, check, refund and return policies and address customer service issues or opportunities
