Requirements
- I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited program in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- I have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a role that demanded strong teamwork and collaboration skills, along with the ability to work efficiently within a geographically diverse, cross‑functional, and matrixed team.
- I possess at least 2 years of experience in a leadership position or managing a technical project.
- I serve as the principal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Product Security Engineering (PSE) matters related to enterprise operational technology.
- I am responsible for establishing, implementing, and enhancing technology and personnel strategies that elevate and integrate PSE activities across the enterprise.
- I lead the Enterprise OT Program Office (SOTER) technical working groups.
- I oversee OT security requirements, architectures, risks, and opportunities.
- I develop and execute strategies for the OT program office and proposals, which include roadmaps for technology and plans for secure automation and operationalizing the secure factory initiative.
- I provide technical guidance and oversight to Production Security Engineering teams located at Boeing production sites and associated labs, offering mentorship and reviewing program performance.
- As the primary OT focal point, I handle compliance and certification concerns related to Product Security.
- I oversee OT Vulnerability Management and Incident Response efforts.
- I propose investments for virtual OT testing capabilities.
- I assist Production Engineering management in developing secure and resilient operational technology skills within the team.
- I align OT technical requirements with Boeing’s enterprise investments and priorities to enhance value and utility.
- I take the lead on OT‑related Command Media, Boeing Enterprise Design Practices, Standards, and Technologies to ensure effective implementation and customization throughout the enterprise OT environments.
- I represent enterprise operational technology as a member of the PSE Tech Board.
- I support PSE functional office priorities and special assignments as outlined by leadership.
- I lead and contribute to selected design practices within the functional office.
- I respond to enterprise‑specific issues and vulnerability concerns as part of our expert call‑tree.
- I assist in developing workforce strategy and specialized training for the functional office.

This position is based onsite in Seattle, WA or Everett, WA, with a pay range of $199,750 – $270,250, based on experience and qualifications.
