Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Flight Analyst (Level
3) to join the team in Everett, Washington
.
- Performs in‑flight tests that measure integrated systems compliance with design, customer and federal regulatory requirements.
- Diagnoses documents and resolves problems during flight tests; assists with in‑flight repairs and configuration changes.
- Analyzes causes of system failures and works with engineering to resolve problems.
- Develops and delivers training on new systems test and operational procedures.
- Provides airline customers immediate technical consultation on product features, reliability issues and problem resolution.
- Assists with the definition, development, implementation and improvement of test procedures.
- Works under minimal direction.
- 3 years of experience with aircraft systems, including diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving technical or operational problems/procedures.
- 3 years of experience advising and influencing others to meet quality and safety requirements.
- 5 years of general knowledge of flight and flight‑crew operations publication standards (Operations Manual Specifications), including software and the process for inputting, storing, searching and modifying aircraft system information and configuration management.
- Airframe and Powerplant License.
- 5 years of field operations and customer interaction experience.
- 5 years of experience presenting resolution concerns to senior leadership and customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and adaptability.
