CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour
SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Everett, MA. We're looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers who can provide quality in-home support and are available for both short- and long-hour shifts.

What You'll Do
Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
Offer companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment
Follow individualized care plans and client routines
Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team
Qualifications
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in a client's home
Able to work short or longer shifts as scheduled
