Human Resources Business Partner - Strategy and Integration (Experienced or Senior)

The Boeing Company – The Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Human Resources organization is recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner (Experienced or Senior) to join the Total Quality HR team. This role is based in Everett, WA or Renton, WA and will be 100% onsite.

The Strategy & Integration lead is responsible for project‑management service delivery and HR integration for BCA Total Quality. The role will utilize data analysis and insight to develop long‑term objectives and priorities, delivering integrated and holistic solutions. Strategic understanding of the business and attention to detail are paramount to success.

Position Responsibilities
  • Provide daily executive support to the HR Director of Total Quality to align, connect, and coordinate business and functional activities.
  • Create and drive an integrated concept of operations (Con Ops) to integrate BCA Total Quality and HR operating rhythms, delivering a cohesive People strategy.
  • Coordinate with peer BCA Strategy & Integration teammates to ensure alignment, share best practices, and advocate for Total Quality needs.
  • Lead support to execute key HR processes (e.g., Annual Compensation Review, succession planning, executive movement).
  • Serve as the primary integrator for Total Quality talent‑management activities including executive selection and movement, ensuring coordination with BCA Airplane Programs Manufacturing function and other stakeholders.
  • Provide rapid response support to the business partner as needed.

  • Superior planner who drives team success through coordination, integration, and foresight.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, and processes.
  • 3+ years in a role that required business acumen and understanding.
  • 3+ years influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions.
  • 3+ years executing strategies and managing projects.
  • 1+ years of experience with data analysis and the ability to present complex data clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Human Resources certification.
  • 3+ years leading teams, formally or informally, in an HR role.
  • Collaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a high‑impact communication style.

Pay and Benefits:

Competitive base pay, variable compensation opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Summary pay ranges:
Level 3 (Experienced): $102,000–$138,000;
Level 4 (Senior): $127,500–$172,500.
