20/20 Onsite is a healthcare services company focused on mobile and on-site delivery of eye care and clinical research services. Since 2014, our Mobile Vision Clinics have provided care at workplaces, schools, and community locations, expanding access and reducing traditional barriers to care.
In 2020, we expanded our platform to support clinical trial assessments and testing, bringing specially equipped Mobile Clinics directly to research participants. By partnering with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and trial sites, we help advance decentralized and hybrid clinical trials that prioritize patient access, convenience, and engagement.
Our patient-centric delivery model is designed to reduce friction, improve the participant experience, and drive stronger enrollment, adherence, and data quality. We serve as a strategic partner to life sciences organizations seeking more efficient, accessible, and participant-focused clinical research solutions.
Summary20/20 Onsite is seeking a driven Internal Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization. This role will initially focus on supporting immediate hiring needs of 5 to 10 open roles, with an anticipated 15 to 20 additional hires this year. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting sales roles within life sciences industries. This is not a transactional recruiting role, we are looking for someone who understands how to identify and engage the right people, not just fill positions.
Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and operational roles specifically within the sales organization
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
- Proactively source passive candidates using Linked In Recruiter, networking, and industry channels
- Manage recruiting workflows within
- Drive a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation
- Develop talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles
- Track recruiting metrics including time to fill, source effectiveness, and hiring trends
- 2 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting within Life Sciences, ideally clinical research, sponsor, or CRO environments
- Demonstrated success recruiting across different types and levels of roles, specifically sales and operations positions from entry through director level
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates
- Experience using or similar ATS and Linked In Recruiter
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
