We are recruiting for a bilingual Human Resources Generalist in the Everett area. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, on-boarding new hires, benefits, and other human resource tasks. A strong background in employee relations is required.

MUST LIVE IN THE BOSTON AREA. THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted, confidential resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on workplace concerns, performance conversations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  • Support employee relations matters, including documentation, investigations support as needed, and consistent application of policies and practices.
  • Coach managers on effective communication, feedback, and employee development.
  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer letter generation.
  • Independently lead human resources projects and initiatives from start to completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and goals are achieved.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding through engagement and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate human resources documentation and records; support audits and ensure process consistency and confidentiality.
  • Oversee benefits administration including plan selection, renewals, vendor management, and employee communications.
  • Stay current on HR trends, methods, and developments.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in Human Resources role required.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or equivalent work experience required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and credibility throughout the business.
  • Ability to maintain flexibility and balance a variety of interactive and administrative tasks.
