We are looking for a Vice President, OPS Client Service Manager to join our team in Everett, MA. The role requires a 4‑day in‑office expectation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the client operations and reporting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence aligned with BNY's principles.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery by leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and risk management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Typically 4‑7 years of experience and 0‑1 years of management experience; experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams.
Compensation

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $69,000 and $150,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base salary will be determined on an individualized basis, based on experience and market location, and is part of a total compensation package that may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
