We are looking for a Vice President, OPS Client Service Manager to join our team in Everett, MA. The role requires a 4‑day in‑office expectation.
Responsibilities- Lead the client operations and reporting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence aligned with BNY's principles.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery by leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Typically 4‑7 years of experience and 0‑1 years of management experience; experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams.
The base salary for this position is expected to be between $69,000 and $150,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Base salary will be determined on an individualized basis, based on experience and market location, and is part of a total compensation package that may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
