- Delivery (Senior Manager)
The Core Ops Lead
- Delivery (Senior Manager) provides strategic and operational leadership for large-scale Autonomous Vehicle (AV) programs and 24/7 services. The role focuses on delivery excellence, client engagement, Core Ops transformation, and operational scalability aligned with business objectives.
Core Responsibilities
- Define and execute Core Ops strategy aligned with AV program goals
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and workforce models
- Align delivery outcomes with organizational and client objectives
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams
Delivery & Operations
- Own end-to-end AV/ADAS delivery and 24/7 operations
- Ensure SLA, KPI, quality, and timeline adherence
- Establish scalable governance and delivery frameworks
- Drive operational excellence and performance tracking
Client Engagement
- Act as primary delivery contact for client stakeholders
- Translate business priorities into execution plans
- Lead governance reviews and performance reporting
- Build long-term trusted partnerships
Vendor Management
- Manage vendor ecosystem and partnerships
- Ensure performance compliance and resolve escalations
- Drive collaboration across third-party stakeholders
People Leadership
- Lead high-performing teams and delivery managers
- Drive workforce planning and capability development
- Promote culture of accountability and innovation
Financial Management
- Contribute to revenue, margin, and cost optimization
- Track delivery financials and efficiency improvements
- Support reporting on operational performance
Risk & Governance
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively
- Ensure compliance with ISO 26262, ASPICE, SOTIF
- Lead crisis management and business continuity
Qualifications
- 12+ years experience in delivery/operations leadership
- 5+ years in senior management roles
- Experience in large-scale 24/7 operations
- Strong client and stakeholder management
- AV/ADAS domain experience preferred
