Job Overview

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Ambulatory Care for a travel nursing assignment in Everett, Massachusetts. The assignment starts on 07/14/2026 and lasts 13 weeks, with a 40‑hour work week consisting of 10‑hour shifts.

  • RTO: Regional Time Off included at submission (not guaranteed after confirmation)
  • Skills Checklist: Matching specialty required
  • Preferred: Charge capability, EPIC electronic medical record experience
Responsibilities
  • Rotate between Pre‑Op and PACU duties
  • Provide routine post‑anesthesia recovery care and occasional pressor medication support in PACU
  • Manage Pre‑Op shift (6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) and PACU shift (8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.)
  • Perform on‑call duties approximately one shift per week (working shift 11:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.; on‑call shift 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.)
  • Weekend on‑call approximately every 45 weeks (Saturday 7 a.m. – Monday 7 a.m.)
  • Float between Pre‑Op and PACU; block scheduling not offered
  • Charge capability is highly preferred
  • Provide scrub color supplied by the unit

    Work every other major holiday
  • Care for patients in specialties including general, GYN, urology, plastics, orthopedics, vascular, and endoscopy; recover IR patients in OR
  • Administer occasional pressor (e.g., nor epinephrine) in PACU as needed
