Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Caterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional food service and preparation for various events, ensuring that all aspects of catering run smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team to deliver high-quality culinary experiences.

Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Oversee food service operations during events, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of meals.
• Assist in menu planning and inventory management to ensure all necessary supplies are available.
• Supervise catering staff, providing guidance and support in food preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and catering areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage banquet setups, including table arrangements, serving stations, and equipment.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service throughout the event.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or catering, with a strong understanding of food preparation techniques.
• Skills in bartending are a plus, enhancing the overall service experience for guests.
• Experience in supervising or managing teams within a kitchen or catering environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• A passion for cooking and delivering high-quality food experiences.
