I'm recruiting a Sous Chef for a large, fast-moving food operation in Everett, MA, paying $66k-$77k.
You’ll lead people, oversee hot and cold production, build prep plans, protect food-safety standards and help keep labor, waste and food cost under control.
The strongest candidates will have:
- At least two years as a Sous Chef
- Experience supervising and developing kitchen teams
- Strong HACCP, sanitation and GMP knowledge
- Confidence working with large volumes and fixed deadlines
- Hands-on experience across production, ordering and cost control
This is a permanent salaried role with healthcare benefits, 401(k) eligibility and meals provided during your shift.
