This position is responsible for greeting and acknowledging all customers, both external and internal. Demonstrate the company’s commitment to superior customer satisfaction by treating all customers fairly and with honesty.

• Responsible for selling heavy-duty truck parts to meet customer needs in a timely manner.
• The candidate must have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in-person, over the phone, and by email with customers to determine and fill specific needs; emphasizing product features, benefits, and current promotions; quote prices; and prepare sales order forms.
• Must have the ability to locate and retrieve inventory within the warehouse for external customer purchase; find external availability when parts are not in stock; help resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints to a level where both the customer and dealership are satisfied with the outcome; complete all required and necessary paperwork, including packing slips; purchase orders; warranties; core returns; and new part returns.
• Serve in other capacities within the department when needed for the well‑being of the company.

A successful candidate will exhibit a strong problem‑solving ability, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess an above average computer proficiency, be self‑motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, and have attention to detail. Experience with heavy duty truck parts is a plus!

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service sales position working with parts.
• Valid driver license with a good driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
