The Distribution Executive's primary goal is to drive sales and work directly with Distributors to expand market share. This position will work closely with the organization's Sales leadership team to establish the goals for the day/week/month/year and often acts as a client interface and problem solver. As a direct representative of Lilly's, you will exercise responsibility for developing and managing business operations that increase sales, market share, and customer satisfaction.
