Provide customer service to students, staff, families and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of school buildings, parking areas, athletic fields and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and visitor check-in processes, verify identification when required, and direct guests to appropriate locations while supporting a positive school environment.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, calls for assistance and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and coordinate with school administration and/or local first responders as needed.;
Complete detailed reports of incidents, observations and patrol activities, and communicate security-related concerns to on-site leadership in a timely manner.
