Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and families by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to location protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, parking areas, playgrounds, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, hallways, and common areas to manage access, provide directions, and support an orderly environment during school hours and special events;
Communicate with school personnel, visitors, and/or first responders regarding security-related concerns, policy questions, and incident updates as needed
