Position Summary

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA), a well‑respected, nationally recognized and award‑winning public healthcare system, is seeking Portuguese speaking
, doctoral level (Ph.D. or Psy.

D.) Psychologists
to join our Adult Outpatient Psychiatry services. The CHA Department of Psychiatry is recognized as a leader in patient care, teaching and research and provides compassionate care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy and psychopharmacology for outpatient behavioral health patients.
  • Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Clinical Social Workers and Psychologists.
  • Use the fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record system.
Qualifications
  • Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.

    D.).
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy and pharmacological management.
  • Ability to use the EPIC electronic medical record.
Benefits

Full‑time salary range: $111,000–$140,000, pro‑rated for part‑time positions. Benefits include health and dental insurance, 403(b) retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (time and dollars).
