Senior Salesforce Administrator Developer

Everett, MA (Hybrid - One day per week onsite) 12+ Months Contract Project duration:
Agreed upon start date through 06/30/2027, with the option to renew every year

Standard work location:
Hybrid, one day per week in the Everett MA office

Standard hours per day/week: 7.50 hours/day or 37.50 hours/week

Qualification:

  • 7+ Years Salesforce Development
  • Strong Omni Studio Development Experience
  • Complex Lightning Web Components Experience
  • Apex Development Experience
  • Worked on Experience Cloud (Y/N)
  • Salesforce Integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and asynchronous technologies (Y/N)
  • Salesforce Classic to Lightning Migration (Y/N)
  • Platform Developer II Certification (Y/N) Omni Studio Developer certifications (Y/N)
  • List down other Architecture Level Certifications WCAG 2.1 Accessibility (Y/N)
  • Experience with CI/CD, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), Git-based version control (Y/N)

Position Description (Overview):

Client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator Developer to support critical enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic Salesforce professional who goes beyond implementing requirements to understand the underlying business need. They can translate business objectives into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions, favoring configuration over customization whenever possible. They can confidently assess and enhance vendor-delivered solutions, challenge assumptions constructively, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve the overall application architecture.

They think beyond individual features to create scalable, intuitive solutions that support long-term business goals.

Position Duties/Responsibilities:

Serves as primary System Administrator for the Salesforce environments. Handles all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks. Responds to end user issues, enhancement requests and other administrative needs. Coordinates the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests. Manages the integration of applications connected to Salesforce. Works independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements.

Facilitates backlog grooming sessions. Effectively acts as the liaison between our users and application development team. Completes regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
