Salary Range: $114,400 - $151,500 DOE

As the Sr. Inventory Accounting Manager, you will:
- Oversee inventory accounting processes, including monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting
- Maintain inventory records, perform variance analysis, and track KPIs/metrics
- Manage reserves, obsolescence, tooling, and prepaid inventory reconciliations
- Oversee duty accruals, freight, and in-transit inventory accounting
- Analyze ledger data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Support audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Drive process improvements and maintain documentation of key procedures
- Supervise and mentor the Inventory Supervisor and team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of inventory accounting experience, preferably in retail or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
- Solid general accounting experience including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Experience managing or supervising staff preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review large data sets and identify variances
- Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft NAV a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally
