Accountant, Tax Accountant, Financial Reporting

We are hiring a Junior Accountant to join our growing team in Washington, USA. As a Junior Accountant you will be responsible for assisting with daily accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. We are looking for someone who is detail‑oriented, organized, and has strong analytical skills.

• Assist with day‑to‑day accounting tasks such as data entry, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Participate in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Maintain records of all financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Junior Accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software;
  Quick Books preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and variances in financial data.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Salary: This is a contract position paying $900 per month.
