Imagine Children’s Museum in Everett, WA seeks a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage daily financial processing in support of the organization’s mission.
You will handle revenue reporting, Quick Books records, payroll processing, and month-end close, while maintaining donor and grant data accuracy and supporting audits. A 3–5+ year accounting background, proficiency in Excel, and experience with Donor Perfect/Paylocity are preferred; on-site, full-time, with competitive benefits.
