Day-to-day:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be working closely with a team of 5 who support Supply Chain and Vendor movement within their company. You will organize board rooms, provide administrative assistance to the manager and senior manager, and also maintain/organize documents and meeting notes.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:

- Experience with printing, document handling, meeting materials, scheduling support, and general office coordination tasks
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams to support calendars, documents, and daily status or task tracking
Comfortable setting up conference rooms, supporting Teams or in-person meetings, and using common office equipment such as printers, scanners, and displays

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office coordinator
