Key Responsibilities:- Manage executives’ calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and prioritize time‑sensitive matters.
- Arrange travel logistics, including transportation and accommodations, and process expense reports.
- Communicate on behalf of executives with key stakeholders such as the Board of Directors, donors, and partners.
- Assist with meeting preparation, database updates, and special projects for executives.
- Draft, edit, and proofread executive correspondence, presentations, talking points, and briefing materials with exceptional attention to detail.
- Understand the strategic objectives and deliver key messages. Maintain an organized desk, updated spreadsheets and databases with contact information and relevant record‑keeping information.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external contacts, and vendors to relay important information and keep track of critical documents, including board‑related communication and action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism.

- Executive‑minded. Ideal candidates possess at least two years of strong administrative support in a values‑driven nonprofit or similar environment. Bachelor’s degree required.

- Communication mastery. Excel at delivering clear, concise, and well‑structured verbal and written communication to executives, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring messages are understood and actionable.
- Proactive and responsive. Maintain a proactive desk, anticipating executives’ needs and responding promptly to ensure seamless workflows for multiple executives.
- Tech‑savvy. Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
