Description
This position provides a variety of complex administrative and secretarial support activities for Providence Health & Services CEO, Director of Operations, Clinic Administrators, and Providence Support Service managers. Supports the mission and core values of Providence Health & Services through responsible and effective work performance.

ScheduleMonday to Friday day shift with some flexibility needed to help with early morning meetings and occasional evening meetings.
Required qualifications- Coursework/Training: additional course work in office management and administration
- Progressively responsible secretarial and office administration experience at the executive level which include calendaring skills in a complex environment, PowerPoint presentations, and managing multiple priorities.
- Prior experience providing administrative support to multiple executives.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Pay Range: $31.43 - $48.08.
